First run since marathon. I wore the shoes today. Looked again at the size and they are 10, not 10.5! Argh. I thought they were too tight. They must be a pair I bought for Max - never used. My legs have not recovered and it was a tough run despite being flat. I struggled towards the end. Knee and back were also bothering me. I should have either run slower or a shorter distance.
