Worried about hamstring. It was tight when we started out and didn't think I would be able to keep going. Fortunately, worked itself out. Was cautious about pushing the pace, but once we were on the bike trail, the conversation stopped and we started pushing each other for pace. I kept going at the end of the bike path but had to grit my teeth going up St. Mary's.
