Ran around Newton without straying too far. Thought I would need to go back home for toilet break after a few miles but kept going for 10 then an additional 4. It was cold and got windy later on. Once I stopped it was hard to get going again. Knee pain and Achilles. I probably didn't tape my knee right. Over 42 for the week.
