Didn't really want to run this race, but the team needed a 5th senior. Did better than I expected. Taped knees pretty good and didn't feel pain there, but Achilles was tight. I was planning on running it more as a training run, but it never works that way. The hills were tough. Got up at 5 am. Drove up to the race with Goose and Kenny. Team only placed 4th. Lots of runners injured on the team. Weather not too hot.
