It was overcast when I went out, so wore a long sleeve. Then the sun came out. Glad I didn't bring gloves. Back and hammies were tight. Pushed it hard, not like yesterday, but so far this has been a better week than last. My Achilles was starting to really bother me at the end. Have to do more calf raises.
