Was cold and a bit windy. Didn't feel cold until I hit some head wind coming back. Pretty consistent mile pace. Knee was bothering me. After the tempo yesterday, since I didn't tape it, it felt sore so taped it this morning. Achilles is starting to hurt more. Pushed it hard going up St. Mary's.
