Notes

Solid long run. All miles at or under pace, with decent HR readings. HR popped a notch after 14, but didn't crack 160 ave. until mile 18. Had issues at mile 16 last time, so perhaps there has been some improvement and adaptation.

Last few miles were difficult, but easier than last 20 mile run. No bonking issues like the previous 18 miler, presumably due to better hyrdration and gel strategy. Strong last mile (8:09/m).

Toast & coffee + Shot Bloks before run. Three gels (after 9, after 13 and after 17). Gatoraide on run.
