5/1. Duration is a bit of an estimate (+/- 1 min) because I forgot to start my watch after a stoplight.

Endurance is coming back, but slowly. Speed is not good, but the foundation is still kinda there. Just gotta stay consistent -- I think that 3 days running / 1 day rest makes sense for now.
