Notes

Planned 4 miles to test the hamstring. Felt a bit tight at the start, but with no initial pain or twinge. First couple miles were fine; some calf stiffness due to the layoff, Could feel latent soreness in the hamstring throughout. At around mile three, I felt a small twinge and decided to shut it down.
