Bad, terrible, lousy run. Too hot. Too humid. Too hungover. Too hungry. Too dehydrated. Boo hoo for me.
All things considered, i was due for a shitty run this week. And with the benefit of my now considerable running wisdom (snort) I can honestly say that the effort behind a tough 15 can easily be same as an easy 18. In order words, I'm not crying over this one.
