6x1000m (2 min recovery). Not a bad workout, although the splits are a little slow compared with my last interval workout. Legs didn't feel great today, so I suppose I should be happy to have gotten through each of the intervals without cashing the run. 6:30/m is a decent 5K pace, so nothing to worry about as far as I can tell.
