Bastille Day 5K. Reasonably pleased with the splits. I decided to aim for 6:40's about 10 minutes before the race, and lo-and-behold, that's what I hit to the second. I probably had another 0:05/m in the legs, but this was really just supposed to be my mid-week LT workout, so no need to kill myself.
Looks like I'm right around the same fitness as I was this time in 2008. That's plenty ok for now.
