Notes
Tried to run without breakfast, coffee, gels or Gatoraide. Run was fine through mile 9. Started to get quite difficult (also running into wind), and became a serious problem by mile 13. Completely bonked after mile 16, and had to walk most of the way in.
Pace miles 1-16 = 8:54/m. Pace miles 17-18 = 14:27/m. Uggh.
A bad run, obviously, but a learning experience nonetheless.
