Notes

Groin strain too severe to complete the run. Had to flag a cab home.

Running through this injury is simply not working. I have decided to take at least two-weeks off to allow the muscle pull to heal. I will try cross-training on the bike, but no running for two weeks.

Sadly, the Soldier Field 10 is scrapped. Unlikely that I can run the North Shore 1/2 either. I am depressed. :(
