6 LT @ 7:27/m (8:06, 7:35, 7:42, 7:16 !, 7:16 !, 7:27). Saw Mark on the path and stopped to chat for a few minutes, but aside from that long rest, the other LT miles clocked in pretty smoothly.
Legs are a bit tired, so I'll have to see if I do a recovery 4 this afternoon before the 8-man draft.
