Tough run - a real test of endurance. Pace and heart rate good throughout, but with some HR drift starting in mile 16.
Powershot gel @ 10, Carbboom gel @ 14, Cliff Shotblocks @18. I'm liking the powershot gels quite a bit.
Saw Meyers at mile 18. Stopped and chatted for a few minutes - strange that mile 19 HR not much lower (obviously, little gas left in the tank).
Ice bath after. Legs are quite achy.
