941 days. What a beautiful day for a run. I couldn't have been happier, lacing up my spikes and toeing the line with Luther ladies past and present. It just feels so good to have Luther blue around me and that familiar sense of excitement. I miss this at other road races or runs. The race felt easy. I regret a bit now not pushing it more, but honestly I had the most fun I've had in a long time while running. It just seemed like a friendly run, like a normal day, like I was back at Luther with Emma right there next to me. Some day I'll learn how to kick. But today, I enjoyed the fans, the teammates, the course, and the burgers afterward!
