5 minute warm-up
TreadMill Setting:-
Incline=1
Minute 01-10 ->Speed of 6.5
Minute 11-20 ->Speed of 7.0
Minute 21-30 ->Speed of 7.5
Minute 31-40 ->Speed of 8.0
Minute 41-52 ->Speed of 8.5
5 minute cool-down.
Plan was to increase treadmill speed to 9.0 from minutes 51-60, but speed felt high on treadmill and decided to maintain 8.5, but was unable to even retain 8.5 till 60th minute. Will try next time.
