Group Speed run at the Atholton HS Track.

7x400M Warm up. (Was supposed to do 8 but I arrived late and missed one.)

3x400M speed run followed by 1x400M cool down.

3x400M speed run followed by 1x400M cool down.

3x400M speed run followed by 1x400M cool down.

2x400M Speed run.

Cooled down by running around AHS area. About 2.5miles loop.

I felt very good. My speed and endurance is improving.
