Really happy with this run, my best run so far. Great to run with the circle north crew, time flew by. Weather was so bad in Hampton at 8 that it was comical. Amazingly it started to break right at the start just like Greg2 predicted. Conditions were actually quite good for parts of the race.

Lance pulled away from me with three to go, but I don't feel that I faded, he had plenty in the tank. I believe those were probably my fastest splits. I just lacked a kick to keep up with the crew.

Thanks to all of Circle North. Running with you has really improved my game.

Nice work, you were chasing Lance and I was chasing you, it was fun. thanks for lunch, I got home and felt better and the hunger kicked it, I was so hungry I chowed those fries cold while I heated the burger

Your PR paces are all messed up now. Looks like you need to race more. 10 mile is 2 seconds faster than 20 mile PR. I bet you PRd at HM and 10 mile races during this race. Heck I'll bet the last three weren't far from a 5K PR.
