Tried to talk myself out of running outside, then tried to bag it altogether. Warmed up a bit by 10. Plan called for 2 mile warm up, then 5 1200m repeats at 10k pace with 500m off. I tried to do 3/4 mile and 1/4. Never tried the lap feature on the watch before. 3/4 splits were surprisingly consistent as I ran them by feel and tried not to look at the pace. 5:14, 5:16, 5:16, 5:17, 5:24.
Hamstrings have been tight, I'm going to blame the cold weather.
