That went surprisingly well. Lance probably wishes I would just shut up, too bad. I needed that run after this week. I'll see what the long run holds.
So as good as this was, did you wish maybe you hadn't done it on the last quarter of Doug's route?

I am just hoping to round into shape. Doug's run also went well, quite the hill there at the end. I can't wait to see what Greg C throws at us.
