Week Three of training

I really need to get my treadmill game up to Dougs level. Leg was tight yesterday, seems improved today. I should probably stretch it out or use the foam roller. But I am too lazy.

Mile repeats at 6:44.

That's a quick one. The foam roller has become my new friend. I find it's best to use it immediately after the run or you won't do it at all.
