Ran from the YMCA with Noel and her friends Heidi, Luanne, Deb, Elise and Leslie(7 months pregnant) joined in for loop two. Noel Luanne and Heidi were running 20.
Second loop at faster pace than first, felt better at that pace. Not sure if I was just loosened up or what was going on but I felt good. Deb wanted to finish strong and we ran the last mile at 7:30. She should kill it at the Maine coast. I on the other hand do not know what to expect .
