Too much of a pansey to get up & be ready to go before 8 today. I also do not think I have 18 in me right now. Run felt real good today will have to work myself back into shape.
Nice run. But you still still should have got up and run 18 pansey.

Yes I was a pansey, but i think you guys would have left me in your dust. I look forward to joining you all down the road. I hope to work myself back into semi respectable form soon.
