9:33, 9:03, 9:30, 9:40. First day of the Chicago plan. I was hoping I would slowly heal and could get back to running. Does not look promising. I need some help with this. Perhaps I will go down to the track tomorrow morning and see how many times Egad and Fro can pass me. The early morning shift is especially difficult when you know that it is going to be a brutal experience.

Fro

Hey, it's a start - plenty of time and great to just see ya out there - RU pain-free?? Looks like it will be just me tomorrow AM - would love the company.

L Train

Try sucking less.

Mad-Mike

I am trying to suck less, I'm just not very good at it.

Greg C

Everybody knows there are no good runners over 6' tall.

Fro

we shall see speedboat - I mean paddleboat...

L Train

Fro you are calling out the wrong dude.

Fro

Hey, not meant to call you out Cremer - I know better. Don't let L Train stir up the gumbo. Just meant to respond and protect a fellow tall man. Besides, can't let you pick your own nickname now can I.

But, if it's seen as that, then so be it - will only make me stronger. Bring on the beatings Greg, the newbie is ready to be humbled.

L Train

I stir soup, not gumbo.

rcuch

what i wouldn't give to be able to anti-unrun sub 9:30 averages...bunch of pansiass queers! but don't u worry u assholes. i'm done with all of ya. fuckin done. start clappin!

Mad-Mike

What time you heading to the track? If I can stumble down we can see how many times you can pass me. We can place an Old Style wager on it. As long as you don't mind sharing the track with a pansiass queer.

Fro

sweet - loos like greg and maybe egad as well - 6am. Does that work? I'm hoping to do 5 800's...
