Nice trail run plus 2 on road. If it were not for the marathon coming up I would take a few weeks off. I am really pathetic sometimes, semi worried that I may be jeopardizing Chicago with my sore lower legs, if I don't recover from todays efforts i will just abort the long run Sunday.
