With Andy. Was supposed to be a 6 mile tempo, where I'd run with Andy for 3, then drop him off and run another three on my own. Instead, we went out a little fast and I burned out. It was hot and humid out there. Drank lots of water from my camelbak. Finally a run with the HR monitor. Now I just have to figure out what the numbers actually mean.

Edit: Max heart rate for women is 206 - .88x, with x being age. 180 for me.
