Notes

Ran at the Maquoketa caves while Nicole was at a half day at work. Bruh, these trails were hilly. Got the one and only segment there and then created two new ones after I got done (which, unfortunately, won’t be posted because they “aren’t popular enough” or something like that according to Collin, the segment psycho). These segments that I tried to log were some dumb hype trails that a large percentage of the people who would run this park would run, so idk what the deal was there. Fairly wooded with high traffic made this run look like absolute trash, but it was a fairly hard day. I would not recommend running on the southwest side of the park after the segment that I got because the trails are super sloped one way which will jank up your hips, calves, and just everyone tbh. Great views, hard running, technical footwork at times, but overall a beautiful park. Will have to go back to climb into the caves themselves
