Not really a race tbh. Had a buddy who is much older than me who I used to run with A LOT. I mean, out of everyone I have ever ran with, this man and I have logged the most days of running together in my running career. Love him so much. He has an one year old kid now and so I decided to run with him for the first half of the race just to talk. He’s really enjoying life and it’s awesome to see. Disappointed with my time, but honestly it was not necessarily the day to bust the chops just after the purgatory weekend I endured. Happy America birthday.
