Notes

Tempo+hills, other than duck being very slippery the tempo felt great. smooth transition into the hills, did 6 with progressive pickups, legs able to open up on last 2. Overall im slowly feeling the gyst again with running. Did not have any bathroom problems with the workout, at lunch, I only had fruit and a salad worked out well, will prob continue this diet for mon/wed workouts
