Haven't been keeping very active this week, went to Bemidji today and ate tons of candy at the Movies and went Bowling and ate pizza. (Haven't been eating too healthy for the past few days and am feeling the lack of energy from it) I'm working the majority of the day tomorrow at a neighbor's house loading square bales, so that should be some pretty good training. Very little level 1 was done this week, as well as LT training, so I'm expecting a slightly tougher time in the next 85-90% MHR workout I do.
