Terrible.
I'm not in shape to train as of now. I just learned that the demand from the plyometrics requires a decrease in overall training volume.
HR was unusually low. The workout started as a run, but after a 15 minute warm up, I started into a LT interval, but saw that the HR was still in the 140s after 5-6 minutes. Went fast, (about a level 4 pace), and HR peaked at only 152, so I stopped the training for today and walked it out.
I'll cut training volume for next week to match the demands from intensity.
