Today's training was pretty bad...

RHR was higher than usual in the morning when I tested it.

Legs felt weak from the last strength workout, but I ran anyway. I noticed my running power was significantly weaker, probably because my legs hurt from strength. I also realized that I cannot keep up a solid tempo pace comfortably like a could about a month and a half ago. (It's because I haven't done any LT work since then, just VO2 max work.)

I think I'll switch back to LT work for a month or two, and recover with level 1 work for the next few days.

I'm going to eat well and get more sleep.

I'll go do some easy pushmowing like Jake Richards does in the summer.
