Notes
Wasn't extremely centered around recovery today, but still kept from doing overly strenuous activity.
Just did some recooperative yard work outside. (Weed whacking, fixing stuff, etc.) Forgot to take HR values when I got up this morning.
Recovery:
-Nighttime Ice Bath
-Yoga sometime around noon
Meals:
Breakfast: Eggs (1/2 w/ yolks, 1/2 without), Turkey Bacon, Pancakes w/ fruit.
Lunch: 1 cup of Greek Yogurt w/ Spincach Salad
Dinner: Tortellini w/ Watermelon & Salad.
