Airline Trail North. Starting at Pomfret heading north to Putnam. Trail soon becomes worse with some mud, large gravel, downed trees. difficult to follow trail in a few places when crossing roads. Ends at foot bridge in Putnum and becomes a paved river trail. After returning to start in Pomfret headed a mile or so south and trail seems better for running in this direction. Will have to try that section out next time.
