Run to and from Ft. Washington park. Took a break in the park to "run" with Elise, age 2 and 3/4 who says "Running is fun" She didn't want to stop running and it was hard to get her back in the bike seat. Had some fast miles around 7:13 pace keeping pace with Kent and Deanna on Bikes.
