worked up to marathon pace. started at 6.8 mph building up to 7.9 mph at 3 miles. Then ran 2 more miles at 7.9. Ran one more mile increasing pace every 400 m up to 8.3 mph. one mile cool down including 2 -400 m repeats at 8.4 and 8.5 mph.
weight has increased with time off and mom's cooking. Will have to bring that back down again.
