pace 8.4 mph for 1st 4 intervals (400m-1 mile) then dropped pace to 8.3 mph for interval 5 and 6. Struggled during this workout. Mental? Or tired from no rest days? took slower recoveries and made interval 7 only one mile in length instead of 1.75.
