see previous workouts for full description. first 5 repeats at 8.4 mph. last 2 reapeats at 8.3 mph. Was interupted between repeat 6 and 7 because all treadmills were full and I was asked to give mine up. added two more fasts lap by doing 7 laps for both 6 and 7th reapeats and also had one lap done when I was " so rudely interupted."
