5 x 800m 8.3-8.7 (second lap of 5th 800 run at 8.8mph.) 6 x 400m 8.9, 9.0, 9.1, 9.1, 9.2, 9.2. Didn't feel to hard tonight. felt like I could have done more. Used Morton Hall gym. May be cooler than Bodyworks gym. Knee did well for run. Only felt it slightly on stairs today.
