Randomly had adult swim while I had the kids at the pool. First time I've swum in ages! It felt really hard at first, and I was feeling it in my belly, thought I might have to stop, but then I started feeling better. Overall a fairly pleasant swim. Mixed freestyle and breaststroke and had my own lane.
