Notes

30 day shred (though I'm just looking for a once a week workout when it's dark out)

Wow, for 22 minutes, that was incredibly difficult. I am going to be extremely sore tomorrow. 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs. The cardio was easy enough, but the strength was killer, which I guess means it was good for me. ;)
