Notes

4 sets of 8 Tabatas. A Tabata, apparently, is 20 seconds hard, 10 seconds easy.

2 sets of 3 minutes steady / 2 minutes hard / 1 minute harder at 90 rpm (resistance 11/12/13).

Then 10 minutes of core work.

This was my first spin class ever. I do think it could help my cycling.
