Notes

2 mi wu, 2 x (2 x 1200m, 1 x 800m) with 400 - 800m jog in between each interval. I hadn't planned to run quite this far, but it turned out that the path I planned to run on was farther away than I'd anticipated. VERY tough workout, obviously, and I did it in the late afternoon, due to needing to get to work early, and so the sun was setting, which also wasn't ideal. This is the peak week for half marathon training, and it's not over yet. I can't help but wonder if it's going to pay off as I think I might end up being too tired to run fast in a few weeks, or my knee might not hold up. But we'll see.
