4 easy miles, or as easy as they can be in my neighborhood. Feeling sore and tired, but because of my schedule and the kids' schedule, it makes sense to run Mondays.
It was COLD this morning - about 50 degrees. It's going to be long-sleeve and tights weather soon. Not looking forward to it!
