COMMENTS: Long. Not mentally in the games. For some reason, anything over an hour seems really long - and 7 mi qualifies. Also, the cold weather & the fact it starts getting dark at 4 doesn't help either. Still, probably maintained 9:30 pace or so overall, and did those 3 horrible hills OK.
