Reasonably good run given that it was 29 degrees outside. Hit one patch of ice, but otherwise pavement was fine. Left foot hurt but not badly. Less than yesterday, I think. Maybe the Lydiard lacing helped? I'm feeling optimistic that it'll get better. I'm now thinking that I may have done it with my street shoes. I have inserts for my shoes to help my plantar fascitis, but that pushes my foot up in the shoe, and I think I was lacing the shoes to tightly. I'm not going to wear those shoes for a while and have switched to some lightweight sneakers for work.
