Morning run with Daniel. After yesterday's 5K we didn't really feel like running strong or hard so we kind of jogged it in at a pedestrian pace which felt good to finish off another 100+ mile week. Most of our friends were running the Dallas Marathon or the BCS Marathon so we were talking about just how badly it would suck to run a marathon in today's weather. It was humid and windy while the temperature stayed manageable the dew point was just nasty for this run. A cold front is supposed to come through later tonight it's a day too late for my fellow runners though. I might still go out for a run tonight though...
