could have caught the kid infront of me, he ran a 10:59, he ran weird splits, hed sprint, slow down, sprint slow down, etc, and i guess it just psyched me out
i think the main reason i didnt do as well as i had hoped was because in the past 7 days i have run in 4 meets, and have run 6 races, so ive had more racing than rest, hopefully this upcoming teusday or friday i will hit 10:50 like i wanted
